I had some major changes in this one:

1. I increased frames - somehow - by declaring the tile_width and tile_height values as non-constants (I gave them a name and int. in the code) It increased frames on my laptop by 40 fps, somehow.

2. I fixed the key-bind bug (One can now restart the game and - somewhat* - change the frames)

*Not yet fully implemented; I am working to fix it now.
